Megan Swan is the founder and CEO of Megan Swan Wellness and Altavita Medical Wellness Tourism, a wellness infrastructure strategist, author, and podcast host who works with high-impact female founders globally. She champions wellness as infrastructure—a non-negotiable operating system for burnout-proof leadership and sustainable success.

With fifteen years of experience, Megan empowers female founders navigating motherhood seasons to build babies, businesses, and unbreakable health—without guilt or burnout. Through her flagship program Babies & Empires, she delivers nervous system regulation, season-aware frameworks, and powerful community for women scaling through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Through Altavita Medical Wellness Tourism, she's redefining proactive health with diagnostic retreats in Mexico that catch issues early—turning wellness into strategic advantage, not crisis management.

Megan's expertise spans nervous system regulation, somatic practices, mindset strategy, and holistic health. She holds Bachelor degrees in Psychology & International Relations from the University of Calgary, plus a Master of Arts in Integrated Studies with a focus on Global Change.

As an accomplished author, Megan published 10 Day Detox: A Guide for Moms to Feel More Energized & Find Their Balance, Naturally (2019) and her latest release, Marinating In Chaos: Live Intuitively + Make Bold, Authentic Decisions (2025), which champions her "less is more" approach—micro-practices that fit founder-mom life.

Megan hosts the podcast Wellness As A Way of Life for women building the future and has been featured on more than 30 podcasts. She's published dozens of articles for Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, Tatler Asia, Medium, She Does the City, and Massage Magazine.

Based in Calgary, Alberta with her husband and two boys, Megan embraces plant-based eating, sober living, occasional runs, dance breaks, and micro yoga sessions—living proof that wellness infrastructure is both sustainable and joyful.
