Why I built this—and why it works.
I hold nine coaching certifications, including NLP Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Integrated Hypnotist, Breathwork Facilitator, Mindset & Success Coach. I’m also a Sober Life Coach, Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, IIN Health Coach, & Detoxification Expert. I have an MA in Integrated Studies in Global Change and 15 years of experience in integrative wellness.
I’m the author of two books—including Marinating in Chaos (2025)—and the host of the Wellness Infrastructure podcast. I’ve been featured in Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, and Tatler.
And I’ve been sober for 8+ years. I’ll tell you plainly: sobriety is one of the highest-performance decisions I’ve ever made. Everything I teach, I’ve lived.
Babies & Empires exists because I couldn’t find what I needed when I was building a company, relocating countries, and raising a children simultaneously. So I built it. This is the program I wish existed.

Twelve sessions over six months, delivered bi-weekly. Each session pairs somatic teaching with nervous system activation—breathwork for regulation, hypnosis for deep reprogramming—in a room of 12 women building the same kind of life you are.
1. Sessions 1–2 — Foundations
Mapping your nervous system baseline and running your capacity audit. This is where we see exactly what you’re working with—and what’s actually costing you.
2. Sessions 3–4 — System Design
Building your capacity-based execution model. Stop running your business on someone else’s template and start operating from your actual constraints and strengths.
3. Sessions 5–6 — Energy Architecture
Identifying leaks and building sustainable systems. Guilt, indecision, overthinking—we find them at the source and remove them by design, not willpower.
4. Sessions 7–8 — Adaptive Frameworks
Building for real life, not ideal conditions. Your systems learn to flex with motherhood, business demands, and unexpected change—without falling apart.
5. Sessions 9–10 — Identity Integration
The mother-founder identity work. Stop feeling like you’re failing at both—and start leading from both, simultaneously, without apology.
6. Sessions 11–12 — Your Blueprint
Consolidation and forward architecture. You leave with your personal wellness infrastructure blueprint—a living system designed around your life, your business, and your capacity.
